Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

– Proficiency in using computers and navigating through multiple systems

Responsibilities

– Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and providing solutions

– Update customer records in the system after each interaction

– Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments

– Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction

Educational Qualifications
