In This Role, your mission is simple: Spread joy. As a Customer Service Agent, youÂ’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring that every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported. YouÂ’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience, showing people how much we care.
