Customer Service Representative

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Must be available between the hours of Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Position is Full time with weekly paychecks. Plus monthly bonuses.

Company offers Paid Time Off, Health and Dental Benefits after probationary period.

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly starting at $15.00 per hour.

Communication, and phone etiquette will be essential in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Utilize your relevant skills in customer service and call center operations to ensure accurate data entry and efficient outbound calling. Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to handle outbound calling effectively
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Multilingual or bilingual skills a plus, especially in Spanish
