What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Answer incoming phone calls from members and resolve inquiries to ensure quality service
– Cross-sell credit union products and services to enhance member relationships
– Assist and train members in using automated services provided by the credit union
– Comply with regulations and complete account transaction requests efficiently
– Train other service center employees as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
– One to twelve months of related experience, including call center or branch experience
– Must be MSR Certified or complete Certification within 3 months of hire
– Basic computer operating skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Ability to communicate patiently and courteously with members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous experience with Symitar and 10-Key
– Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
– Familiarity with credit union policies and procedures
