Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the customer service database.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.

Educational Qualifications
