Role Description

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Contract

This is a fully remote contract position for a Customer Service Representative at Prime Vita Solutions. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat

– Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
