Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and partners.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.
• Data Entry:
• Accurately enter and maintain customer and shipment data into the company’s database and software systems.
• Ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting any discrepancies in the information provided.
• Scheduling:
• Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
• Work closely with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
• Shipment Tracking:
• Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, providing real-time updates to customers as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or disruptions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments such as dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations and address any operational challenges.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and problem-solving initiatives.
• Organization and Punctuality:
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
