Navigate various computer systems to access and update member information, process claims, and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
