Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via mail, email, or telephone.

Responsibilities:
• Determines needs by asking customers detailed questions.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions
• Escalating unresolved problems
• Maintains call center database by entering information.
• Reviews, answers and resolves any issues for all inquires from the online support website.
• Returns voicemail calls; answering and resolving all inquires from customers.
• Generates correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.
• Creates letters, and miscellaneous correspondence.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
