• Serve as a key contact for clients and consumers

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Typing minimum 45 WPM
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry
