This is a remote position with required availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, ensuring seamless support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities…

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple communication channels.

• Provide clear, comprehensive information on our services, addressing questions with accuracy and empathy.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring every interaction upholds our high standards of service quality.

• Capture and manage quality control details to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Proficiency with Mac computers.

• Experience using Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Real VNC, and working with PDFs.

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements.

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• A MacBook is required for this role.

• Availability to work EST hours.
