The role involves handling telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions with clients. The ideal candidate will be a people’s person, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
**Responsibilities:**
– Handling customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and in person
– Providing product and service information to customers
– Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
– Maintaining customer records by updating account information
– Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
**Requirements:**
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– High School Diploma or equivalent
