Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination:
• Plan, schedule, and execute investor calls, webinars, and other virtual events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
Content Development:
• Partner with senior management and marketing teams to create presentation materials, agendas, and talking points.
Communication & Hosting:
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders before, during, and after events.
• Professionally introduce speakers and manage audience engagement, including Q&A, during live webcasts.
Technical Management:
• Set up and manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools, ensuring technical aspects run smoothly.
• Be presentable and ready to handle live event dynamics.
Promotion & Engagement:
• Work with the marketing team to promote events via email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and attendance.
Follow-Up & Reporting:
• Prepare and distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and related materials.
• Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and report metrics to senior management.
Compliance:
• Ensure all communications and materials comply with regulatory and company requirements, obtaining necessary approvals from Compliance.
