SUMMARY: As a Central Processer, you”ll be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You”ll manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Overview Of Your Daily Tasks
• Manage and respond to emails throughout the day
• Answer and handle incoming phone calls
• Run multiple reports as needed
• Gather necessary information and documents to create customer orders
• Create detailed work orders, including:
• * Entering material and labor line items
• Typing out precise installation instructions
• Perform regular follow-ups with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate records and databases

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
