As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for facilitating qualifying potential customers and engaging in sales opportunities on behalf of our clients, while also training on various behind-the-scenes logistics. A driven individual with natural leadership abilities, a desire to expand their professional skill-sets, and an ambitious attitude is ideal for this entry-level role.

Customer Service Trainee Position Responsibilities:
• Elevate client experience, build trust, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate on sales activities, serving existing and new clients
• Manage price quotations, purchase orders, and customer interactions
• Work with Senior Account Manager and Sales Executive team to identify growth opportunities
• Exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic objectives
• Lead solution development efforts through networking and strategy meetings
• Communicate and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels

Preferred Qualities of our next Customer Service Trainee Candidate:
• 1-2 years of experience or education in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field
• Thrive in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
• Self-starter with grit, tenacity, and initiative
• Strong listening, negotiation, sales, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused and adaptable communicator
