Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities…
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills.
• Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift for materials handling
• Fabricate and build products according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following guidelines
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
