Job Description

You will act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams, providing top-tier support and helping to foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications

  • BachelorÂ’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles.
  • Experience in e-commerce or technology sectors is a plus.
