What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
– Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
– Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes
– Ensure customer needs are addressed in the first interaction to exceed expectations
– Report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience
– Previous call center experience
– Empathetic towards customer needs
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
– Availability to work from 9:30 am to 6 pm MST

– Experience in the insurance industry
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with various insurance company systems
