Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint
Determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the issue
Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor?s degree in Communication, Business, or related field is a plus
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
