Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their health insurance plans
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
– Educate customers on their benefits, coverage options, and how to navigate the healthcare system
– Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in policies, and new product offerings to better assist customers
Requirements:
– Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
– Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
