As a Customer Support Specialist for the Apple Store, you will be the friendly voice of Apple, providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support to our customers. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or technical support

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of technical issues
Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
