Description:
• Outstanding Service: Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat). First contact with customers and understand their needs.
• Help: Assist customers with basic inquiries and resolve issues related to our software. Inquiries come in through phone, email and chat. All using one system, intercom.
• Customer Support: Manage incoming customer inquiries and tickets efficiently using our Intercom ticketing system.
• Product Familiarization: Become a product expert in SwiftComply’s compliance software.
• Relationship Building: Create a positive first impression and foster strong customer relationships.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: You can effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and written.
• Problem-solving abilities: You enjoy troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to… customer challenges.
• Attention to detail: You are organized and accurate in your work.
• Customer focus: You prioritize customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Technical aptitude: A basic understanding of software applications is helpful.
• Experience in a customer support role: While not required, previous experience with Intercom or Water Compliance is beneficial
