Description:
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by resolving product or service issues; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve issues; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. This part-time position is perfect for those who enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for serving customers. The working hours will be during the evenings for under 4 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve them promptly
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Preferred Experience:
Previous customer service experience would be a significant advantage
