Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems. Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into various software systems from both paper documents and digital sources
Update and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Perform regular data quality checks and corrections
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies
Organize and file all data-related documents
Assist in generating reports as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
