As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently input, update, and manage data in our systems. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Prior data entry experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Inputting data accurately and promptly into the companys database
Verifying and updating existing data
Performing regular data backup to ensure data preservation
Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Conducting research to obtain further information for incomplete documents
Responding to requests for information and accessing relevant files
Complying with data integrity and security policies
