Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Prior experience in data entry or related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into our systems
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain data confidentiality and security
- Organize and store data files for easy access and retrieval
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy
- Generate reports as required
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
