### Job Summary:

### Job Description:

As a Delta Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be an ambassador of the Delta brand as you provide thoughtful, personal, and safe service to our passengers. This role involves all aspects of cabin management, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and handling in-flight emergencies and personal customer needs.

### Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and monitor cabin during flight.

– Assist in the boarding process and help passengers stow carry-on baggage.

– Provide information and support for safety and emergency procedures.

– Serve beverages, meals, or snacks and sell onboard products.

– Handle minor conflicts or passenger concerns in a professional manner.

– Administer and coordinate emergency medical care as necessary.

### Requirements:

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

– Capable of operating emergency equipment and handling in-flight emergencies.

– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand for prolonged periods.

### Preferred Experience:

– Previous customer service experience.

– Additional languages are a plus.

### Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent is required.

– Further certifications in hospitality, communication, or safety are advantageous but not mandatory.
