As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and bookings over the phone and through email. You will also assist passengers with any issues they may encounter during their travel experience.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Strong problem-solving abilities
4. Ability to work independently
5. Proficiency in computer systems
6. Customer service experience is preferred
7. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
1. Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
2. Assisting passengers with booking flights and making changes to existing reservations

Educational Qualifications:
