Job Description
Delta Air Lines is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel plans, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. Requirements
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency with using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights.
Provide assistance with baggage claims, check-in processes, and general travel information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Deltas services, policies, and procedures.
Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Educational Qualifications
