• 10+ years of experience in digital leadership, digital transformation, or a related role in Airlines domain
• Proven experience in leading large-scale digital projects and implementing technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, cloud technologies, and user experience design.
• Assess and integrate new technologies (e.g., AI, cloud computing, automation, big data) to create a competitive advantage.
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making practices across the organization.
• Partner with IT and technology teams to modernize legacy systems and integrate digital tools.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives and measure the ROI of digital investments.
• Provide regular reports on digital performance to senior management, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and future opportunities.
• Use data analytics to drive insights and inform digital strategy adjustments.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies in the digital space, recommending solutions that will enhance customer experience and business performance.
