You have the responsibility of managing the restaurant’s daily operations, making sure customers are satisfied, employees are happy, and profits are maximized as the Restaurant Dining Services Manager.

Responsibilities

As an assistant, your tasks will be varied and multifaceted, requiring you to handle several responsibilities:
• Empowering restaurant staff to achieve success
• The duties of Human Resources encompass tasks such as performance monitoring, work scheduling, policy enforcement, employee recruitment, disciplinary measures, coaching and training, and performance evaluations.
• As the finance personnel, we hold the responsibility of managing the financial aspects of the company, including controlling inventory, predicting productivity, producing financial outcomes, and managing the cost and expenditure of labor and sales.
• Attain financial target.
• Executing creative marketing strategies that are customized for the local market while introducing new promotions.
• You are entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the bank deposit each morning.
• Accountable for managing cash flow issues resulting in inadequate funds availability.
• Failure to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act can result in serious consequences for both employers and employees
• Awareness of competitor’s advertising methods, current market trends, and business growth plans is necessary for maintaining your business’s competitive edge.
• At the restaurant, customer service is taken very seriously and is always given utmost importance.
• Improving Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Proactive Customer Service Practices.
• Making sure all Pizza Hut standards are followed for the product to meet expected quality.
• The ability to manage orders efficiently and maintain positive relationships with suppliers are key factors in the success of a business.

Requirements:

The Restaurant Manager role requires individuals with relevant backgrounds and experience, including at least three years of experience in the food industry or within a restaurant. Moreover, candidates should have prior management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for coaching and guiding others, and the ability to maintain financial controls.

The perfect candidate for the position must exhibit strong analytical capabilities, basic math and accounting knowledge, and a customer-first attitude. A flexible schedule, including working on weekends, and being answerable to the District Manager are also necessary.
