Description:
• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People Solutions to support operations across Canada and the United States.
• The successful candidate will oversee a dynamic team, consisting of 2-4 direct reports and 15-20 indirect reports.
• Key priorities include improving employee experience, delivering high-quality support to the business, and driving innovation with AI-powered solutions.
• Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, alongside a proven track record of collaboration and change leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• 12+ Years of Experience with a min. 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Professional HR certification is preferred
• Experience with U.S. labor laws and Canadian employment laws and compliance best practices
• Deep expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with data-driven HR decision-making is an asset
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of successful partnerships with senior leadership
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day operations
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire teams
• Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
• Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices
