Description:
• Lead Anthology’s global payroll operations
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries
• Oversee payroll functions and manage vendor relationships
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for payroll processing
• Lead payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
• Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals
• Partner with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other areas for payroll data and reports
• Lead payroll activities for expansion into new international locations
• Develop and monitor internal controls for payroll department
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors
• Oversee year-end processes for payroll

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
• At least 10 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• At least 5 years of experience in global payroll operations
• Strong strategic leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience with UKG payroll and time tracking (Workforce Management) strongly preferred
• Familiarity in payroll regulations for India, Colombia, Czech Republic, and the US
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
• Proficiency in a second language
