What You Will Be Doing…
Create and implement a robust sales plan to meet ambitious revenue goals
Lead and coach a sales team to achieve top performance
Target, qualify, and secure deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Skillfully negotiate and close contracts
Offer leadership and direction to the sales team
Work closely with other departments to deliver a smooth customer experience
What You Will Need
At least 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales with a strong success record
Background in small, fast-growing companies
Familiarity with selling software tailored for engineering teams
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for diverse business needs
Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts while driving new business
Deep understanding of the sales process and best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Proven leadership and management abilities
Experience thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
