Job Description
As a Disney Social Media Customer Support representative, you will be the voice of Disney across various social media platforms. Youll engage with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and friendly manner. Requirements
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. In-depth knowledge of Disneys products, services, and brand values.

Educational Qualifications
