Role Summary: Are you ready to invest in yourself and build a foundation for your future? We are looking for motivated, curious, and dedicated individuals to join our “Full-Time College Student” program. As a Dream Chaser: Full-Time College Student, youÂ’ll take on the unique challenge of learning, growing, and developing a wide range of skills to help you pursue your dreams. This role requires a commitment to academic achievement, personal growth, and campus involvement, with opportunities to build lifelong connections, explore career interests, and set yourself up for future success.

Responsibilities:

Academic Achievement
• Enroll in and attend classes, completing assignments, exams, and projects on time.
• Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and peers to deepen your understanding of subjects and contribute to academic discussions.
• Develop critical thinking, research, and writing skills through course assignments, group projects, and individual study.

Time Management and Goal Setting
• Plan, prioritize, and manage a diverse workload, balancing academic requirements with extracurricular and personal responsibilities.
• Set short- and long-term goals related to personal development, academics, and career aspirations.
