The eGrowcery eCommerce Implementation Specialist will have responsibilities that include the following:
• Lead clients through implementation projects utilizing the standard eGrowcery launch
management approach and toolkit
• Identify and implement improvements to the launch management approach and toolkit
• Manage client launch plans
• Lead client status calls and meetings
• Provide training related to the eGrowcery platform
• Provide training and guidance related to supporting processes, technology and equipment
• Assist with client promotions at launch
• Advise clients on ongoing marketing plans that lead to consistent growth on the eGrowcery platform
• Lead clients through the required configuration decisions to optimize the configuration of the
eGrowcery platform
• Identify gaps in eGrowcery onboarding process and recommend associated solutions
• Report the launch status of each client project
The Commerce Implementation Specialist will ideally have the following qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in completing projects utilizing cloud-based solutions
• Ability to lead client-facing calls and meetings
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ability to guide clients through issue resolution of technical and business-related issues
• Ability to work in a technical environment that includes configuration of pre-determined
options, FTP file transfer, and payment processing configurations
• Ability to manage multiple (high volume/low complexity) projects concurrently
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of products
• Basic understanding of web development and general back end systems
• Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team, with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate in written and verbal formats in a professional and effective manner
