The Engineering Director – Security Architecture at Target is a leadership role focused on ensuring that systems are designed and built with security in mind. Responsibilities

Requirements
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in technology with extensive knowledge of cybersecurity domains.

• Proven history of utilizing a variety of security tools and technologies across diverse environments.
,
• Good understanding of security management workflows in large enterprise organizations.
,
• Demonstrated understanding of the current threat landscape.
,
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001).

• Strong understanding of network security, cryptography, and secure software development.

• Expertise in containerization technologies and tools.

• 4+ years of managing teams with a strong track record of delivery and success.

• 4+ years of project management experience.

• Solid understanding of AI and ML.
