• Join ITSA Media as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent and play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts.
• This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
• Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits over the phone.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Making calls according to a script that is assigned to each campaign that you are calling.
• You may also see further information about the contact and the client.
• Reaching the assigned number of calls per campaign on a daily basis.
• Following our Call Center standards and targets to maintain our quality service.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote setting.
• Flexible schedule availability to work variable shifts, including weekends.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
• A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room.
