What you will be doing…
Youll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them via chat. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, providing information on products or services, and offering promotional discounts to enhance their experience.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop, phone, or tablet.
Basic command of English and effective communication skills.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience in chat support is necessary as we provide full training to get you started.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions with attention to detail.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
