The Customer Service Representative is responsible for executing scheduled customer outreach and sales presentations. The Customer Service Representative will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced team focused on long-term growth and development opportunities for our telecommunication clients. The ideal person for this role is a natural relationship builder, who enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering the highest level of customer service. Success in this role will come from having excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Participate in creating engaging presentations aimed at gaining new customers and increasing profit margins
• Track and maintain up-to-date and accurate recordings of all sales, orders and upgrades
• Follow all compliance standards
• Participate in various training session
• Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a customer service, hospitality or retail-based environment preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization
• Must be able to collaborate with a team and think on your feet
• Must be able to commute to our office based in Long Beach
• Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends
