Description
will supply multiple resources to Customer to function as a supplemental resource in Customer s current IT organization, working at the sole direction of the Customer.
Junior/Field Technician
– 0.5-2 years experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment or a technical school certification is required
– Must have proven customer service background
– Individual will be knowledgeable of Windows operating system environment
– Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts
– Qualified resources should have A+ certification or equivalent skill set
– Basic Windows troubleshooting will be involved
– Certification in various hardware platforms may optionally be required for servicing hardware issues

Great position working for a large Technology Services partner supporting a Deployment project at a major engine manufacture in IN as part of an additional project in our program.
EVP
This is a great project building on previous efforts completed in Columbus for Q4 of 2022. The project will support Managed Services program that is in year 1 of and the work performed could allow for long term employment with TEKsystems.
Work Environment
Business casual, slacks and a collared shirt. No tennis shoes and no jeans. Candidates will be working NORMAL business hours as a team.
