Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing guidance, motivation, and coaching on best sales practices.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of team members, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

• Assist in managing daily sales operations, ensuring that workflow processes are efficient and aligned with company standards.

Qualifications And Skills
• Full right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
• Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
• A passion for sales and a desire to develop a career in management; previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges as they arise.
