Essential Functions:
• Reviews customer cases, performs the research and analysis needed to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies.
• Uses customer case data, observations, and reporting to get a clear picture of the customer’s journey and ways to improve.
• Conducts research as well as interpret the results, translating their findings into easy to understand reports or presentations for leadership.
• Provides the leadership team insights with process or improvement strategies.
• Works closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies, based on their recommendations.
• Reviews customer cases, interprets the life cycle, provides root cause analysis and makes recommendations on improvements.
• Analyzes data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared to key stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
• High School or GED
1-2 Years Contact Center Experience
2-3 Years Customer Service Experience
1-2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Preferences:
• Demonstrated experience of data validation
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
• Experience in analytics implementation
• Proven skill level in Excel, such as pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup and dynamic charts
• Proven skill level in PowerPoint
Pay Range: $49,700.00 – $82,800.00 annually
