What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences required; advanced degree preferred
– Ten years of successful sales experience in healthcare with B2B transactions required
– Five years of sales management experience
– Knowledge of reference laboratory business, tests, and processes preferred
– Ability to travel across geographical region, including by air (50-75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience selling into the C-suite of hospitals/health systems
– Knowledge of the healthcare industry, payers, and regulations
