Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and Facebook messages in a professional and timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Input and update data into the system accurately and efficiently
Monitor and maintain accurate customer information
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Work with team members to meet performance goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic knowledge of data entry and Excel or Google Sheets
Comfortable using Facebook and other social media platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be based in the USA
