Css Founder LLC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage website support and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will handle communication through various channels, including live chat, WhatsApp, and email, to provide timely assistance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service via live chat, WhatsApp, and email to resolve queries related to our website services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering support on technical issues, product information, and booking processes.
• Troubleshoot basic website issues and escalate more complex problems to the relevant team.
• Maintain a friendly and empathetic approach while assisting customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to the improvement of website performance and user experience.
• Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in tourism or related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Familiarity with live chat platforms, WhatsApp, and email communication tools.
• Basic understanding of website functionality and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• A customer-centric attitude with the ability to remain patient and calm in high-pressure situations.
