Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer concerns, including billing issues, technical support, and service questions.
Provide information about Frontier products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and call resolution times.
Stay updated on Frontiers products, services, and promotions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is a plus.
