What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage records across various system areas including Juvenile Rehabilitation and Child Welfare
– Produce accurate records in response to requests from the Attorney General’s Office for legal matters
– Document and review requests for records, clarifying any unclear information with requesters
– Conduct thorough searches for hard copy and electronic records using various record-keeping systems
– Organize and catalog collected records in compliance with established standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Equivalent education and experience totaling six (6) years in records management, public disclosure, or customer service
– Two (2) years of experience as a Forms and Records Analyst 2
– Associate’s degree in a related field AND four (4) years of relevant experience
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field AND two (2) years of relevant experience
– Valid driver’s license for operating a vehicle on official state business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience using FamLink, WACompass, ACT, ApplicationXtender, and other agency systems
– Knowledge of DCYF policies, procedures, and regulations
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to interact professionally with diverse internal and external customers
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
