About The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our PropTech team in a fully remote, entry-level role. This is an exciting chance to launch your career in the fast-evolving PropTech sector. By working closely with the founders, you’ll have numerous opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide property quotes to prospective and existing clients
• Assist clients with the check-in and check-out processes
• Deliver maintenance support
• Address and resolve customer complaints
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
• Fluent or native proficiency in French (written and spoken) – With a preference for an extra language being Spanish, English, or Arabic.
